ShineBridge v1.8.29 — Port 8099 nur auf localhost binden

Flask bindet auf 127.0.0.1 statt 0.0.0.0. Mit host_network: true war Port
8099 direkt vom LAN erreichbar. HAOS-Ingress verbindet sich über localhost,
daher kein Funktionsverlust.
