v1.8.17: Atomarer Config-Write + Backup-Fallback

Verhindert Datenverlust wenn HAOS den Container während eines Saves
stoppt. Schreibt erst config.json.tmp, dann atomares os.replace().
Hält config.json.bak als Fallback für den nächsten Start.
